Linnea Elrington leads organisation and resource development for IES, shaping the growth of the company by developing and implementing strategies and programmes that support operational performance and individual development.  Linnea helps managers identify, manage and solve resource issues to allow the company to realise its business objectives and perform above its potential.

Linnea brings over 15 years of experience to her role.  She spent 10 years with Deloitte & Touche where she served in a number of HR and Learning & Development roles in the US, Russia and Eastern Europe.  She also served as Director of Training for the International Law Institute in Washington, DC.  Linnea holds an MSc in Social and Organisational Psychology from the London School of Economics and a BA in History from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, USA.
