Nadia Mahmood has overall responsibility for customer relationship management for IES Registries. With a track record in training, supporting and mentoring in large and small organisations, Nadia is skilled in user needs analysis, delivery and evaluation. She also possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills gained through working for several years in customer focused roles. Prior to joining IES, Nadia had roles with GlaxoSmithKline, Anachem, Thermo Electron Corporation and Windsor Scientific. She holds a PhD in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry from the University of Huddersfield.
